Ed Reed Interception Return Touchdown: Ravens Star Set INT Returns Record vs. Bengals (VIDEO)

Ed Reed

Safety Ed Reed of the Baltimore Ravens returns an interception for a touchdown in the third quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals at M&T Bank Stadium on September 10, 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ed Reed did it again.

With help from yet another big play from its veteran safety, the Baltimore Ravens buried the Cincinnati Bengals on "Monday Night Football."

With the Ravens already leading, 27-13, late in the third quarter, Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton dropped back and fired a pass to Jermaine Gresham. The ball grazed the fingers tips of the tight end. As has often been the case when a ball hangs up in the Baltimore air, Reed ran underneath it and got his hands on it.

Reed intercepted the ball at Cincinnati's 34-yard line and burst down the sideline for the touchdown.

Not only was it the seventh pick-six of his career, but Reed also broke the NFL record for most career interception return yards with 1,497, passing Hall of Famer Rod Woodson's mark of 1,483.

?He is a first-ballot Hall of Famer, without question," Ravens coach John Harbaugh said after a 44-13 win.

And just a couple hours after the game ended, Reed turned 33.
